I was born in the province of Salerno on February 23, 1971, and I am the founder of a law firm (VAT No. 01738360500) based in the Gianicolense district of Rome. I am insured for professional liability under policy No. 380689772 with Generali S.p.A.

After earning a classical high school diploma from the “Parmenide” High School in Vallo della Lucania, I obtained a Law degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” with a thesis in economic criminal law.

My professional journey began in 1999 in Rome, where I completed my legal training at a firm with a strong presence in civil, corporate, and bankruptcy law. During this period, I gained valuable experience in legal consultancy and litigation support for major national companies operating in the technical services, transportation, and construction sectors.

This comprehensive training allowed me to develop skills in managing complex disputes, corporate contracts, and administrative law as applied to business operations.

In November 2003, I qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Salerno. In April 2005, I registered with the Bar Association of Pisa and spent two years collaborating with a law firm specializing in family, commercial, and tax law.

Since December 2007, I have been a member of the Bar Association of Vallo della Lucania.

Between 2007 and 2014, I worked with the Extraordinary Administrations of large insolvent companies, acquiring substantial expertise in bankruptcy law. From 2009 to 2014, I also served on the board of directors of Agiconsul(Association of Jurists and Legal Consultants), a member of Confindustria Innovative and Technological Services, where I addressed issues related to liberal professions and deregulation.

In 2010, I completed a Master’s program in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the IPSOA Training School. From 2013 to 2015, I served as a civil mediator at the Arbitration Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, and Agriculture (CCIAA) of Rome.

Since 2020, I have been registered in the Special List of Lawyers authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation and higher jurisdictions.

My practice focuses primarily on civil law, with particular emphasis on civil liability, inheritance, real rights, condominium law, family law, contract law, and labor law. I assist both individuals and companies in litigation, enforcement proceedings, and out-of-court matters, applying a practical, solution-oriented approach informed by my mediation experience.

My professional path—shaped by constant interaction with dynamic corporate environments—has required continuous development in commercial and tax law, in line with evolving regulations.

I have a strong command of the English language, particularly in legal contexts, and I am proficient in the principal digital tools supporting legal practice.
