I was born in Cosenza on January 21, 1969, to parents both originally from Scala Coeli, a timeless village, steeped in the rustic charm of Calabria, where I grew up and earned my high school diploma in scientific studies.

Based in Rome since 1988, I earned my Law degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” on June 14, 1993, with a thesis focused on criminal procedural law.

I began my legal career as a trainee at a firm specializing in foreclosures, real estate law, and complex debt recovery, gaining practical experience in high-stakes civil litigation.

After passing the bar examination, I was admitted to the Rome Bar Association on January 9, 1997. In March 2009, I was further accredited to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions, joining the special register of lawyers qualified for Italy’s highest courts.

I am the founder of Studio Legale Iaria (VAT No. 10261050586), headquartered in Rome at Via Alessandro Malladra 31.

My practice is primarily focused on civil law, with particular expertise in foreclosures and debt recovery within the banking and financial sectors, as well as in commercial, bankruptcy, and corporate law.

Over the years, I have cultivated in-depth knowledge of the real estate and condominium sectors. I am a regular contributor to Norme & Tributi – Condominio e Immobili, a publication of the Il Sole 24 Ore editorial group, where I write on legal developments and jurisprudence in these areas.

I provide ongoing legal assistance to condominium administrators, particularly in matters related to governance and debt recovery.

In addition to my work with Il Sole 24 Ore—both in print and on its digital platforms—I also contribute to news.avvocatoandreani.it, a leading legal portal, where I author analyses and commentaries on civil judgments issued by the Italian Court of Cassation.
